Passages RC, Inc. provides free, confidential services to any victim of crime, especially domestic violence or sexual assault, recent or past.
Passages provides advocacy services to any person in the community regardless of age, gender, race, color, religion, culture, national origin, sexual orientation, economic status, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability.
Services include crisis intervention, emergency shelter, advocacy-based counseling, court, medical and social services advocacy, support groups, children’s advocacy and community education and prevention.

Passages is a grassroots, private, non-profit organization operated by a local, volunteer Board of Directors.
Funded by the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services, Department of Justice, area counties, and contributions from churches, corporations, and individuals dedicated to providing safety, protection and support to those caught in the vicious cycles of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
Recognizing intimate partner violence is a major problem confronting society today.
Passages is committed to offering community education to foster cooperation towards a non-violent future.
